| For Online purchases:
If initial purchase was made online, coverage can be renewed for any number of days. Minimum period is 5 days. If renewal of coverage was for only 1 or 2 months, administrators will assume that you no longer require the coverage and will not send another renewal notice.
For purchases made by mail or fax:
If Inbound USA is initially purchased for at least three months, one month before the expiration date, the Administrators will send a renewal notice to the Address of Correspondence listed on the application. Coverage may then be renewed for a period of time, depending upon your specific need.
If coverage is renewed for 3 or more months (up to 12 months in total), The administrators will continue to send renewal notices to address on record.
Total period of coverage for Inbound USA cannot exceed 12 months.
There is a $5 admin fee each policy that is renewed.

Please keep the following details handy to key in the renewal data:
- The No. of days the coverage to be extended or
- End date of coverage
- Certificate No
- Date of birth of primary insured
- Address for correspondence
- Phone Nos.
- Email address
- Credit card No, Security code
- Credit card expiration date
- Name on card.
